What is aim of the course?
The aim of this course is to arm you with practical tools and knowledge to understand how alcohol messes with your habits, mindset, and motivation. You’ll learn how the subconscious is calling the shots and more importantly, how to take the reins back.
It’s not about shame or scare tactics. It’s about building awareness, seeing the truth and making informed choices to take control of your life without the judgement and guilt, delivered straight.
At the end of the course you will feel differently about alcohol.
Whether you continue to drink or take a break for a while, you have the knowledge, emotion and momentum to decide what comes next.
It's your choice.

What does this course prepare me for?
The course is designed to give you enough knowledge through science, fact and truth about alcohol to make an informed decision about how much you want or don't want alcohol in your life.
It is a stepping stone into taking a successful break from alcohol. (Which to get the true benefit should be at least 30 days.) We introduce the idea of being an experimenter in the course, this principle also applies to an extended break. By treating everything as an experiment to see what happens, we remove all of the shame and guilt associated with things not going how we expected.
You too can turn your life around with this course!
