Not sure where to start changing your relationship with alcohol?

If drinking has started to feel confusing, this is the simple path most people follow inside SoberTides.

    The SoberTides Alcohol Freedom Pathway

    ① Understand
    Start with understanding
In PDF format, this guide explains why alcohol can start feeling confusing and why willpower alone rarely works. It also helps you notice and observe your current drinking behaviours.

    ② Learn
    Deepen your understanding
This course helps you understand how alcohol affects habits, mindset, and motivation and why many people feel stuck in the cycle of trying to moderate.
(If you are still unsure if an 8 module course is for you there at this time, there is the Free 7 day Alcohol Reset that guides you through a 7 step process to begin to understand how alcohol is showing up in your life.)
Combine Alcohol Freedom Coaching with your course or choose Coaching on its own to really get traction with changing your relationship with alcohol.

    ③ Experiment
    Experience change for yourself
This is a supported 30-day break from alcohol with short daily lessons designed to help you experience what life feels like without it.

Understanding comes before experimentation and from there you decide what relationship with alcohol feels right for you.

    Tony Richardson

Tony Richardson is a Certified This Naked Mind Coach (since 2022) and former Royal Australian Air Force member who spent 21 years in Defence before building a second career in IT.

After changing his own relationship with alcohol the hard way, coaching became a natural next step. He combines lived experience with a genuine understanding of how alcohol works to help men see their drinking differently and find a way through that actually makes sense.

Through the SoberTides Academy and one on one coaching, Tony shares the perspective and practical tools that he wished someone had given him years earlier.
My approach is simple: understanding comes first, change becomes possible from there.
